Rollover with Entrapment

Rescue 1 responded to a single vehicle MVC on Indian
Heritage Road north of Lumberton. Rescue 110 and 112, along
with Medic 145 responded to the scene to find a vehicle had
hit a tree and was on it's side. The only occupant, a female
driver, was entrapped. The vehicle was stabilized using the
vehicle stabilization system, and then the roof was cut
using the Hurst cutters. A roof flap was then completed and
the driver was removed from the vehicle. Rescue 1 was
assisted by Robeson County EMS, Station 16 (Northwoods),
Station 7 (East Howellsville) and the NC Highway Patrol.
