Apartment Fire

Lumberton Rescue and EMS responded to a structure fire
with Lumberton Fire Department. The structure, a four unit
two story apartment house, had fire showing upon the arrival
of firefighters. Rescue 110 and Medic 148 responded to the
scene. Personnel on Rescue 110 used the cascade system to
fill air bottles for fire personnel. Medic 148 assisted with
firefighter rehab. One firefighter were transported to
Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton for
possible heat exhaustion. Lumberton Fire Department was
assisted by Rural Station 7 (East Howellsville), Rural
Station 24 (Raft Swamp), and Robeson County EMS.
