9/11 Observance

Lumberton Rescue and EMS recently participated in a 9/11
Observance program sponsored by the Early College Class of
Robeson Community College. The program was held in the A.D.
Lewis Auditorium on the main campus of RCC. The program
consisted of students either reading poems, or performing
musical numbers. The program was attended by members of
LREMS, the Lumberton Police Department, and the Robeson
County Sheriff’s Office. LREMS thanks the class for the
program and for remembering first responders on the tenth
anniversary of 9/11.
